He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Ashley Leggett and Annie Ree Sessoms Leggett; and his brother John Thomas Leggett. He is survived by: his wife Joanie Renee Leggett; his sisters, Betty Leggett Fields of Henderson, NC and Patricia Leggett Cashwell of Fort Pierce; and his mother-in-law Linda G. Bryan.
