It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nellie Rose of Bladenboro, North Carolina, who passed away on October 11, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Glen Rose; her children, Diane Rose and Donald Rose; and her siblings, Lynn, Dewey, Billy Carroll, Edith Allen, Letha Smith, Inez Brotemarkle and Judy Graham.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Guyton of Elizabethtown, Linda Armstrong of New Port News and Chris Rose (Frances) of Elizabethtown; her sisters, Evelana Ward of Tarheel and Edna Warner (Tom) of California; and her grandchildren, David Guyton (Lindsey), Daniel Guyton (Hanna), Jonathan "J. R." Rose (Catherine), Anthony Rose (Jessica), Adam Rose (Audrey), Steven "Danny" Major (Desarea), Kelly Matthews (Bryan) and Ashley Armstrong. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
