He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Elijah Storms and Annie Martha Butler Storms; and his brothers, James McCray and Jimmie Storms. He is survived by: his son Dr. Millard Storms, Jr. (Joanna) of Niceville, FL; his grandchildren, Mia and Rocky; and his siblings, Doris "Dot" Oliver of Lumberton, Hilda Lanier of Clarkton, Barbara Hungerford (Charles) of Bladenboro, Sedford Storms of Lumberton, Willard Storms (Faye) of Bladenboro and Billy Storms (Pat) of Bladenboro.
