She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayes E. Pait and Minnie Williamson Pait; her husband Lundgran Smith; and her siblings, Eldon Pait and Shirley Pait Smith.

She is survived by: her sons, Fulton Smith (Mary Ann) of Red Springs and Milton Smith (Colleen) of Fayetteville; her brother Wilton Pait (Yvonne) of Harrisburg, NC; her grandchildren, Micah Smith and Caleb Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Pait and Kenneth Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
