We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2021, at the age of 101, Katie King of Bladenboro, North Carolina passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kinlaw and Sally Evers Kinlaw (Robert Clyde King Sr.); her daughter Judy King; and her siblings, Vera Hester, Emma Dale Simmons, Tally Kinlaw, Charlie Kinlaw and Irvin Kinlaw.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Clyde King Jr. of Lumberton, Benny King (Jane) of Bladenboro, J. W. King (Libby) of Bladenboro and Laverne Register of Holly Springs; and her grandchildren, Gary King (Patti), Tim King, Lynn Ransom (Jonathan), Robbie King (Ginger), Katherine Ransom (Jason), Karen Lavoie (Scot) and Dwayne Register (Jessica).
