He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred David Willoughby and Lillie Mae Willoughby; and his brother Ernest Ray Willoughby. He is survived by: his wife Glenda B. Willoughby; his children, Keith Willoughby (Kimberly) of Bladenboro and Dawn Sykes (Keith) of Bladenboro; his brother Homer Willoughby of Dublin; his grandchildren, Zack Willoughby, Hunter Willoughby, Krisna Evers, Ethan Willoughby, Katelyn Willoughby, Austin Sykes and Kaleb Davis; and his great grandchild Evers.
