He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Williams and Lottie Williams; his son Ricky Devone Williams; his daughter-in-law Ida Williams; and his siblings, Barbara Stanley and Tommy Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Candy Hester Williams; his sons, Tony Williams of Lumberton and Christopher Williams (Amanda) of Lumberton; his stepchildren, Shannon Smith (Regina) of Bladenboro, Donna Allen (Mark) of Bladenboro and Ivey Willoughby (Eric) of Bladenboro; his siblings, Ronnie Williams (Doris) of Williams Township, Sandra Hardee (Paul) of Whiteville and Lori Ann Etheridge (Brian); and his pet Toby. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
