He is survived by: his wife Donna Coleman Outlaw; his children, Timothy Daniel Outlaw (Brenda) of Bladenboro, Charles Matthew Outlaw (Rebecca) of Bladenboro and Sally Alexis Outlaw of Bladenboro; his father James Elbert Outlaw (Beverly) of Deland, FL; his sisters, Diane Outlaw Bates of Bladenboro and Norma Jean Outlaw Deaver (Jackie) of Bladenboro; and his grandchildren, Gabriell Todd, Jessica Thompson, Jared West, Chassidy Register, Hannah Thompson, Zachary Thompson and Timothy Cole Outlaw. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
