He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alton Kinlaw and Mary Cuba Kinlaw. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Horne; his sister Kay Speer; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Horne, Tyler Horne, Jeremy Horne and Jared Horne; his great grandchild Savannah Horne; his niece Kimberly Speer; his nephew Guy Speer (Stefania); his great-nephews, JonMichael Penny and Juan Carlos Jimenez; his great-niece Nicole Jimenez; his friend Mike Speer; and also, Jocelynn Penny, Madelynn Penny and Rylan Penny.
While expressions of love would be appreciated, due to the risks involved with COVID-19 and the health of some family members, the family is requesting no visitation.
