It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Bullard of Bladenboro, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Bullard; and her daughter Sandra Jean Bullard. She is survived by: her children, Doug Bullard of Bladenboro and Angie Bullard of Bladenboro.
