It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hoke Parnell Jr. of Bladenboro, North Carolina, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoke Mercer Parnell and Alma Victoria Singletary Parnell; his son Scotty Lee Parnell; and his siblings, Melba F. Conklin, Annie Belle Hilburn, Catherine D. Yarborough and William Ross Parnell.
He is survived by: his son Craig Parnell (Donna) of Opp; and his brother Bobby Dale Parnell, Sr. of Bladenboro, N. C.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
