He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Lowery and Myrtle Lee Oxendine Lowery. He is survived by: his siblings, Lee Edward Lowery (Jennifer), Sue L. Ransom (Bruce), Carolyn Faye Green, Jimmy Dean Lowery (Nancy) and James Ray Lowery. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Boles-Biggs Chapel (801 N Chestnut St, Lumberton, NC 28358).
