He is survived by: his children, Darel Burney of Bladenboro and Joy Wright (Ricky) of Bladenboro; his sisters, Linda Finley of Madison, GA, Nettie Horton (Douglas) of Bladenboro and Wanda Singletary (Ronald) of Bladenboro; his grandchildren, Lauren Burney of Bladenboro, Mason Skipper of Bladenboro and Morgan Skipper of Bladenboro; and his sister-in-law Karen.
