He was predeceased by: his parents, Atlas Kinlaw and Catherine Kinlaw; and his son Gary Britt. He is survived by: his significant other Delta Parrish Kinlaw; his children, Garrett Kinlaw of Bladenboro, Terri Bullard (Tony) of Clarkton and Sherry Norris (Ronnie) of Saxapahaw, NC; his grandsons, Jonathan Norris (Jennifer) and Major Jason Norris; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Norris, Katherine Norris and Randy Norris. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
