Parnell; his children, Billy Franklin Parnell (Linda) of Bladenboro, Tony Ray Parnell of Dublin, Jeffery Wayne Parnell (Lisa) of Dublin and Wendy Renee Parnell of Bladenboro; his stepchildren, Deborah Sessoms (Tim), Johnny McRoberts, Danny McRoberts (Louise), Sammy McRoberts (Annette) and Alan Dale McRoberts (Jeannie); his grandchildren, Josh, Jessica, Brandon, Paige, Jeremy, Carrie, Noah Keith, Alayna, Joslyn and Corey; and his great grandchildren, Cierra and Talon.
