It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Brown of Bladenboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry "Bud" and Madie Hester Kinlaw; her grandson Little E; and her siblings, Grace Solomon, Judy Morse, Linda Lee Kinlaw, Robert Kinlaw and Leonard Kinlaw.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Brown, Clayton Brown (Dottie) of Bladenboro and Lee Ann Herring of Bladenboro; her siblings, Clifton Kinlaw of Bladenboro and Kay Prevatte of Evergreen; and her grandchildren, Lauren Herring, Joseph Brown (Shana), Blake Brown (Temperance), Ashlynn Brown, Heather Phillips, Zack, Hunter and Ethan Willoughby (Katie). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
