He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillon Brisson and Thelma Guyton Brisson. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Walters Brisson; his children, Walter Hester (Peggy) of Bladenboro and Ledena Ward (James) of Bladenboro; his brothers, Thomas Brisson (Betsy) of Bladenboro and Ellis Brisson (Geneva) of Bladenboro; and his grandchildren, Christopher Ward, Jordan Hester and Reagan Hester.
