She was predeceased by: her father J. C. Adcox. She is survived by: her mother Alice E. Adcox (Rufus Duckworth) of Bladenboro; her children, Jason Jernigan (Tiffany) of Sanford and Nichole Duckworth Gandy (Jay) of Dublin; her siblings, Elvis Jernigan of Bladenboro and Sherlyn Jernigan of Bladenboro; and her grandchildren, Lainey Jane Jernigan, Sophia Marie Gandy and Beckley Cambree Jernigan.
