She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth West and Bonnie Cain West of Bladenboro; her children, Jaden Phillips of Bladenboro, McKenzie and Caleigh Phillips of Clarkton; her sister Nancy Tyndall (Jeremy) of Clarkton; and her niece Maison Tyndall.
