She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Blackmon and Shirley Edwards Blackmon; and her sister Patricia Ann Caulk. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Bass, Aliyah Bass Turner (Phillip) and Angel Bass; her brother Jeffery Blackmon; her half-siblings, Ronnie Caulk, Phillip Caulk and Anne Caulk; her grandchildren, Phillip Jr., Robert, Kylie, Sammy, A. J., Gavin and Dean; her niece Macy Blackmon; and the father of her children Robbie Bass of Bladenboro.
Due to the COVID 19 situation, a private service will be held at a later date.
