He is survived by: his wife Gina Sykes; his children, Mark Owens (Laura) of Arnold, MD, Renae Taylor (Roger) of Lumberton, Amanda Anderson (Steve) of Bladenboro and Leigh Deaver (Pete) of Bladenboro; his sister Gloria Jean Musselwhite; his grandchildren, Cory Hester (Leann), Jordan Hester, Alexis Turner (Rashawn), Nicholas Peavy, Owen Peavy (Tyler), Kassidy Leonard (Chris), Chris Owens (Anna), Noah Deaver, Eric Deaver and Scott Anderson (Tiffany); his great grandchildren, Hollyn Hester, Riley Hester, Ella Grace, Hudson Leonard, Emmie Peavy, Helena and Kylie Owens; and his friends, Cory and Leann Hester. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
