She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Carter and Doris Davis. She is survived by: her husband Calvin Smith; her daughter Sylvia Lewis (Matthew) of Bladenboro; her sisters, Sandra Carter Taylor of Bladenboro and Cheryl Carter of Bladenboro; her children, Hunter Prevatte, Ethan Prevatte, Dylan Harden, Kaitlyn Taylor and Ashley Taylor Jackson; and her grandchildren, Haley Marie Lewis and Georgia Grace Lewis. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
