He was predeceased by: his former wife Anne Miller Fisher; his grandson Trent Fisher Sessoms; and his parents, Otis N. Fisher Sr. and Rose Lewis Fisher Vaught. He is survived by: his fiancée Christine Richardson of Bladenboro; his children, Bill Fisher (Jeannie), Audra Bateman (Jon) of Bladenboro and Maria Sherrill (Josh) of Newton; his siblings, Otis Fisher (LaVonne) of Greensboro, Betty Jo Cain (Glenn) of Bladenboro and Shirley Bridger (Charles) of Bladenboro; his grandchildren, Madison McKnight (Shane), Peyton Fisher, Taylor Sessoms, Josh Skipper, Evan Sherrill, Hannah Sherrill and Maggie Sherrill; his great grandchildren, Kaylee and Kinsley; and also, Christy Hales (David) of Bladenboro, Terry Richardson (Anita) of Bladenboro, Cassidy Hales, Casey Hales, Camryn Hales, Jeremy Richardson, Kaitlin Valliere, Tera Kelly (Matt), Gavin, Gwenith, Logan and Liam. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
