She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kitchen and Mable Tolley Kitchen; her husband William Earl Padgett; her daughter Sandra Padgett; and her siblings, Katherine Kitchen Bartlett, Bobby and Ray Kitchen.
She is survived by: her son Rodney Padgett; her grandson Isaiah Padgett (Tanya); her great grandchildren, Paige Fogle (Matt), Kaylee Patton (Ryan) and Bryson Padgett; her great great grandchildren, Hudson and Brayden; and her siblings, Betty Richardson, Pearl Blankenship and Johnny Kitchen.
