She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy Perkins. She is survived by: her parents, Carl Jerry McNeely, Sr. and Hazel Wyatt McNeely of Pleasant Gardens; her son Zane Perkins; her siblings, Kelly McNeely and Jerry McNeely, Jr. (Summer); and her nephew Samuel. She is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hope Women's Cancer Center of Asheville North Carolina.
