He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Boone Frank and Frances Russell Frank; his son John Russell Frank, Jr.; and his brother Samuel Frank, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Patrick Frank; and his wife Peggy Ann McKeand Frank.
