He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Reagan and Helen Reagan; his sons, Robert Hall and Roy McMahan; and his siblings, Lester Hardy Ragan, Shirley Gillespie, Frank Ragan (Gail), Larry Allan Ragan, Gail Hayman and Jerry Ragan.
He is survived by: his great grandchild Jesse; his siblings, Ray Reagan (Pansy) of Swannanoa and Sharon McCallister of Daytona, FL; his grandchildren, Tiffany of Black Mountain, Craig Ison of Black Mountain, Roy McMahan of Black Mountain and Tyler Hall of Black Mountain; and his great grandchildren, Malyse McMahan, Rowynn McMahan and Harley Ison.
