He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Weaver and Marguerite Weaver; and his brother Daniel "Danny" Weaver, Jr. (Diane). He is survived by: his sister Donna J. Collins; and his nieces, Rhonda J. Goldsmith (Michael) and Cynthia K. Norton (Hal). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (962 Old US Hwy 70, Black Mountain, NC 28711).
