He was loved and cherished by many people including: his granddaughter Janiah; his parents, Pauline Howard and Percy Howard; his siblings, Paul Howard and Virginia Howard; his children, Travis Salters, Tangela Salters and Jamie Howard; his grandchildren, Shakeya Green (John), Tiara Blair, Treonna Salters and Jahmir Richard Howard; his great grandchild Kayana Bass; and his siblings, Melva Marie Howard, Catherine Foster, Percy Howard, Jr., Arthur Howard and Clarence Howard. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, attendance will be limited to 50. Attendees must wear a face covering, sanitize hands and social distance.
