It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Revonda Hensley in Black Mountain, North Carolina, born in Madison, North Carolina, who passed away on July 2, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Revonda is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Revonda's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley McDevitt and Fina McDevitt; and her siblings, Dedrick, Fredrick, Charles Howard, Harley Jr. and Texine.
She is survived by: her sister Bertha Pace (Harold); and her daughters, Deloris Dixon (Keith) and Jeannette Capps (Derek). She is also survived by three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
