He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fritz and Mae Fritz; and his siblings, Joe Fritz and Christine Brunner. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Fritz; his brother Frank (Betsy); his children, Heidi Brooks (Theodore), Jack (Josie) and John (Whitney); and his grandchildren, Addis, Evan, Hayla Brooks, Mallory, Jack, Baby and Jonah Fritz.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Habitat for Humanity Asheville.
