She was predeceased by: her son Kipling Brooks Mullins; her parents, Charles Philip Cowherd and Marian Peeler Cowherd; and her sister Marian Eugenia Cowherd. She is survived by: her children, Ashley, Ginny, Jessica and Melissa Mullins; her brother William Gilman Gray (Virginia Cowherd Love); her nieces, Michelle Love and Cathy Gray; and her nephew Eric Love. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
