She was predeceased by: her parents, Naoma Masters and Jesse Garland; her husband Andrew Thomas Milovitz; and her siblings, Ella Hall, Gladys Stuart, Hattie Tipton, Doris Hoilman, Irene Haynes, Ray Garland, Bob Edwards and Arnold Garland.
She is survived by: her son William Ray Milovitz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
