She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Ann Graham. She is survived by: her husband Cary Lumley; her daughters, Jordan Weakley (Nick) and Kelsey Bridges; her stepsons, Cole (Kerri) and Cameron Lumley; her grandson Sam Weakley; her father Loren Moore; her stepparents, Iris Moore and Bill Graham; her brother Jon Moore (Jean); and her nieces, Audrey and Ellen Moore. She is also survived by cousins and step-siblings.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or a charitable cause of the donor's choosing.
