He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Tuttle and Earlie Tuttle; and his siblings, Jerome Tuttle and Patti Atwood. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Harris Tuttle (Margaret); his children, Scott Tuttle, Lynette Tuttle, Tanya Camille (Tom) and Chad Hughes; and his grandson Kesler Hughes.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (962 Old US Hwy 70, Black Mountain, NC 28711).
