She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Prestwood and Blossie Minton Prestwood; and her siblings, Steven, Bruce, Frankie Prestwood and Barbara Dougherty.

She is survived by: her brothers, Paul, Samuel (Angela), Joseph Prestwood and David Prestwood (Kim) of Lenoir.
