With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Moore (Black Mountain, North Carolina), born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on March 4, 2020 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Moore to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edd Moore and Hattie Spake Moore; his wife Sarah Evelyn Moore; and his son William Thode. He is survived by: his sons, James Moore (Mary), Roy Moore (Billie) and Gary Moore (Martha); and his sister Sarah McQuinn. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
