He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Conner and Otabelle Owenby Conner. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Spivey Conner; his daughters, Penny Conner and Wendy Owenby (Scotty); his sisters, Pat Moody (Harry) and Debbie Kendrick (Robert); and his grandchildren, Isaiah Owenby (Maycie) and Hannah Grace Owenby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Broad River Baptist Church to assist with recovery efforts due to Hurricane Helene.
