With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane Frist (Black Mountain, North Carolina), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on May 28, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Ferran Frist and Chet; her sister Charlotte; her children, Jane Alden and David; and the father of her children Arnold.
She is survived by: her former husband Arnold Harms; her son Robert Dale Harms; and her brother Dr. John C. Frist. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be given to Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministry and the Mountain Retreat Association (MRA).
