Carl Neff and Terry Neff (Keri); his grandchildren, Kilee Neff Lindsey, Kristian Russell, Lydia, Simeon, Rose and Destiny Vallance; and his great grandchildren, Sean, Carson and Xavier Neff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
