He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Clark Goodman and Evazel Price Goodman. He is survived by: his sons, James Jefferson Goodman, Jr. (Justina), Christopher Wade Goodman (Danielle) and Akimu James Goodman; and his grandchildren, Paige Goodman, James Goodman III, Wolfgang Goodman, Jagyr Goodman and Roqi Goodman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
