She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel D. Collins and Lula DeHart Collins; her husband Bill O. Stephenson; and her siblings, Gladys Elliott, Jo Clements, Mildred Collins, Kelse Collins, Cleve Collins, Dexter Collins and Jack Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Kdan-Keith (Alex Keith) and Keith D. Stephenson (Carolyn M.); her granddaughter Kerri Kdan; her great grandchildren, Hope Wheeless and Mason Kdan; and her sister Gerri Davis.
