Hershel Layne Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2020, Hershel Layne of Black Mountain, North Carolina, born in Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hershel Layne to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Layne and Delphia Layne; and his siblings, Pete Layne, Johnny Layne, Wilma Layne Halstead and Denise Layne Harless.
He is survived by: his wife Sarajean Layne; his children, Tammy Haglan (Todd) and Jeff Layne (Wendi); and his stepchildren, Linda Nealis (Mark) and Sam Capua (Anna). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, a small private viewing and graveside service will be held.
