It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Dell Stines (Black Mountain, North Carolina), who passed away on April 16, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James Marshall; her husband Burnie Stines; her children, Lorraine Brewer, Larry Owen and Tom Owen; and her siblings, Aileen Harvey and Howard Owen.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Rayburn, Beth Conner (Ernest Jr.) and Robert Rice (Karen). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
