He was predeceased by: his wife Colleen Meadows; his son Harold Eugene Meadows; his siblings, Wade L. Meadows, Don Meadows, Wayne, Juanita Sharpe and Catherine Meadows; and his parents, Samuel Meadows and Florence H. Meadows.
He is survived by: his children, Larry R. Meadows and Darlene M. Vaillancourt (Bob); his daughter-in-law Nancy H. Meadows; his brother-in-law McKinley Sharp; his siblings, Betty M. Sharpe, Carolyn M. Radcliff, Kyle Meadows (Cheryl), Owen Meadows and Floyd Meadows (Sandy); and his close friends, Jack Briggs, David Herron and Jan Wilson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one step-granddaughter; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
