He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Hale and Sylvia Anthony Hale; his siblings, Arthur Hale, John Hale and Betsy M. Hale; and his sons, Kenneth John Hale of Portsmouth and Stephen Fred Hale (Hale) of Black Mountain.
