He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Franklin Huggins III and Meg Huggins; his grandsons, Matthew Huggins and Shannon Swann; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Kyle, Aiden, Harper and Asher Huggins; and his sister Louise McClure.
