She was predeceased by: her parents, Hermon Wesley Stroupe and Marie Gray Stroupe; her son Robert V. Clayton; and her siblings, Edith Lee Easley, Hilda A. Sorrells and Wesley Stroupe.
She is survived by: her spouse Reverend Robert G. Clayton; her children, Renee C. Griffin (Dean) and Randall W. Clayton (Andrea); her granddaughter Kristen Griffin Alvarado; her daughters, Annika and Robin Clayton Guzman (Leo); her grandchildren, Alexis, Tristan, Richard and Morgan Clayton; and her sister Marjorie Loven. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
