It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Allen Ylitalo of Black Mountain, North Carolina, who passed away on July 8, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayes and Earlene Robinson Allen; her husband John Ylitalo; and her siblings, Karen, Jolena, Linda, Nancy, Dot, Avery and Johnny.
She is survived by: her daughter JoAnn Ylitalo Tomlin (Allen) of Kannapolis, NC; her sister Ramona Williams of Traveler's Rest, SC; her close friend James Taylor of Black Mountain; and her pet Paws. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
