He was predeceased by: his parents, Naomi Rapoza and Johnny Collins; his grandson Alex; and his siblings, Phyllis and Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Collins; his children, Shannon Strader, Rebecca Bright, Matthew Brown, Mark Brown and Delbert Collins II; and his brothers, Douglas Collins, Robert Price, Darryl Price, Tony Burns and Glenn Burns. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
